California, and the city of Hesperia. Any dispute must be settled here in this city.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and no other
conditions or warranties apply. This contract is signed by the buyer who is at least 18
years of age and is under no stress or duress and with full and complete knowledge of
all implications of the contents here-in and both parties agrees to uphold their end of
this contract.

All puppies left after pick up date will be charged 10 dollars a day for kenneling plus 5
dollars per vaccination and or any vet fees should they be necessary.


ANY AND ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER
INCLUDING ANY AND ALL VET AND/OR KENNELING FEES INCURRED DURING
SHIPPING TRAVEL. THIS PUPPY/DOG IS BEING SOLD TO THE ABOVE NAMED
PERSON(S), AND WILL BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE PICK UP OR DELIVERY TO AIRPORT
OF SAID PUPPY FROM THE SELLER.  THIS PUPPY IS SOLD WITH NO WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE PUPPY IS IN
EXCELLENT HEALTH WHEN IT LEAVES MY HOUSE AND IS UP TO DATE ON ALL
WORMINGS AND VACCINATIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY MY VETERINARIAN, AND
HAS NO LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DEFECTS KNOWN TO ME OR MY VET.
GENERAL SHIPPING PRICES ARE $300.00. SOME RATES MAY BE HIGHER. YOU WILL
BE NOTIFIED BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE HOW MUCH SHIPPING WILL BE.
PUPPIES BEING SHIPPED WILL NOT BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL KENNELING FEES
FOR WEATHER DELAYS UP TO 2  WEEKS.
                       

GENERAL: Your puppy is being sold to you as a pet only with NO AKC PAPERS
BUT is out of purebred Champion lined Pomeranian parents and is a purebred dog..
ALL Dogs sold as pets may NOT be bred for any reason!
ANY puppies resulting from breedings done with dogs sold as pets or retirees placed
as pets, whether the breeding is on purpose or accidental, will become the property of
Lisa A. Wilson, and no monies will be paid for ANY medical bills or any other
expenses incurred. If you purchased pet then you MUST have the dog spayed or
neutered as soon as it is healthy for the dog.

To the best of the seller and her veterinarian and buyers knowledge this puppy/dog is
free of disease and defects at the date of this sale.  The buyer has 72 hours from the
time of delivery or pick up to have the puppy/dog checked by a licensed veterinarian
of their choice at the buyer's expense.  If the buyer's vet exam reveals that the
puppy/dog is sick or diseased or genetic defect is found and a vet of the breeder's
choice concurs with the diagnosis.  The buyer may return the puppy/dog to the
breeder at the buyer's expense. A replacement puppy will be sent but buyer will pay
shipping. If you opt to keep a defective puppy SELLER will not be responsible for any
bills that are incurred.  Notice of intent to return must be given to the breeder within 72
hours of the date of this sale along with a statement in writing from the buyer's vet as
to the specific life threatening health issue. Your puppy/dog has a one year unlimited
warranty against any life threatening defect!!! If your puppy has a life threatening
congenital defect HE OR SHE WILL BE REPLACED! Fax is available at (760)-947-7416
for such purposes. If said puppy is found to have a defect you must notify me
immediately within 72 hours of delivery date! A replacement puppy/dog will be
provided to buyer when one becomes available;
THE REPLACEMENT PUPPY WILL
BE AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO THE SAME SIZE SEX AND COLOR,
AND YOU WILL BE PLACED AS TOP PRIORITY FOR SUCH A PUPPY!
NOTE: We do not do cash refunds!

There are no guarantees against injuries caused by ACCIDENTS caused by buyer or
under buyers care, OR ILLNESS CAUSED BY HYPOGLYCEMIA.  There is no guarantee
against communicable illness not contracted on the breeder's premises.  Once
puppy/dog is removed from its place of origin anything can happen to damage it, since
it is a live animal. It is seller’s responsibility to sell a healthy puppy that will if well
cared for, live a long happy life.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to see that the puppy
stays healthy and safe.  Keeping your puppy out of public places is recommended
until it has all of its vaccinations.  Always keep your puppy on a leash around traffic
and at parks for the puppy’s safety.

This puppy is not to be used in any experimental or dangerous way.  Seller reserves
the right to reposes puppy if any such abuse takes place.  It is agreed that at no time
will the new owner sell or give this animal to a pet store, a puppy mill, a dog pound, a
broker, or any similar enterprise.  The breeder will be notified in the event the owner
needs to find a new home for the animal for possible placement assistance.
OUR BABIES ARE ALWAYS WELCOME HOME!

WE THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT THAT IS STATED IN THE
ABOVE CONTRACT UNDER OUR OWN FREE WILL AND UNDER NO STRESS OR DURESS DO
AGREE TO UPHOLD AND HONOR THIS CONTRACT AS STATED TO ITS FULLNESS.

If having your puppy shipped, please send a copy of this contract signed with your deposit or payment.
You will receive your puppys heath records when your puppy is shipped to you or when you pick them up.
All vaccinations and wormings will be UTD!
